Tom Leonard Joins PARAGON as Executive Producer

WHY NOW
At PARAGON, growth has always been about more than just taking on bigger projects. It has been about building the right culture, strengthening partnerships, and pursuing opportunities that align with our values. As we continue expanding our reach, we know success depends not only on the work we create but on the people we bring alongside us.
That is why we are excited to welcome Tom Leonard as Executive Producer and Director of New Business. His arrival represents both a milestone and a commitment to the future of PARAGON.
WHY TOM
Tom brings decades of experience working across some of the most respected creative companies in the industry, including Digital Kitchen, Rhythm & Hues, Butler Shine & Stern, Goodby, Imaginary Forces, Optimus, and Second City Works. His career has spanned agencies, production companies, and post houses, giving him a rare 360-degree perspective on how creative work is developed, produced, and delivered.
But Tom’s impact goes beyond credentials. He has built a reputation for connecting with people, fostering trust, and building relationships that last. He understands how to navigate the challenges of production with a steady hand, and how to unlock new opportunities by seeing what others often miss. It is this mix of craft, strategy, and empathy that makes him such a strong addition to the team.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR PARAGON
Tom’s role as Executive Producer and Director of New Business brings an essential balance to PARAGON. His leadership strengthens the way we manage and execute productions, while his experience in client development expands the way we partner with brands and agencies. Together, this positions PARAGON to take on larger, more ambitious opportunities without losing sight of the human-centered approach that defines us.
For clients, Tom’s addition means a partner who can listen well, ask the right questions, and build a process that feels both efficient and collaborative. For our team, it means a mentor and leader who will help sharpen how we work and expand the doors we can open.
LOOKING AHEAD TOGETHER
“When I saw their work, I was really impressed by their storytelling, by the cinematography, and by the care involved,” notes Tom. “And when I found out that they had only been around for five years, I was shocked at the level of work that they were already doing. They have a vision, and my role is about helping bring it to life while adding layers with my industry experience. I think the blend is really beautiful.”
For PARAGON, Tom’s arrival signals the beginning of a new chapter. One that will be defined by purposeful growth, deeper partnerships, and a commitment to raising the standard of what production can feel like.
